Symantec Vision 2011 Held in Singapore

Security vendor Symantec Corp. will host the annual Symantec Vision user conference 2011 in Singapore on 18 November. Themed "Surround Yourself", the event will present a forum for more than 800 customers and partners in South Asia, to learn the industry trends that they can use and exchange ideas with Symantec executives and industry peers.

This year's event promises the presence of Symantec executives including Enrique Salem, Symantec's president and CEO. Together, they will discuss the main trends of the Cloud, Mobility and virtualisation to changing threat landscape, and how companies have benefited from the IT challenges and opportunities of this trend.

Symantec will also announce the winners of "Luminary Awards 2011 ', award for the IT leaders who have demonstrated innovation and excellence in the use of Symantec products and solutions in achieving business advantage for their companies.

There will be 20 in-depth technical sessions in five sub-site. In addition to the main track of the Vision Conference, there will be a platform such as C-Level CIO Engage, Engage Government and Industry roundtables, which will facilitate in-depth and relevant discussion among industry colleagues on important challenges facing IT leaders today.
